Consultation & contact hours:

I work face to face in clinic or in a person's home if needed, online and by telephone.

Working hours are:
9.00am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday
9.00am to 12.30pm on Saturdays as needed.
I can work until 6.00pm on a weekday by special arrangement.

If you are phoning and I cannot speak to you immediately then please leave a message, making sure to leave your name and number. 
I will get back to you as soon as possible, and certainly never later than the following day. 

​Emails are checked twice daily, and I will try to reply within 24 hours of reading any message.

Online consultations:

Online consultation via Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Whats App video call are all perfectly workable options, along with phone calls for acute needs and check-in or follow-up conversations. 

Home visits:

If your personal responsibilities or age or infirmity would make it difficult to access one of my clinics, then consultations can be held in your own home or place of care, assuming that your privacy will be maintained as well as possible throughout. A small fee may be charged to cover travel costs, depending on distance and time spent.

The Chiropractic Clinic is three minutes' walk along the road from Exmouth rail station, and three minutes' walk from the bus stops on The Strand. From the train, go past M&S Food Hall/ Exmouth Swimming Pool and along the road by the car park. Cross at the zebra crossing and turn right to continue along the road.  When you're at the mini roundabout by the recreation ground and garage you are by the clinic.

The entrance is on the right hand side of the building and reception is immediately on the left as you enter. If I'm not already there to greet you, please take a seat and I will collect you at your appointed time.

Holmedale Health is five minutes' walk from Magdalen Road car park and the Triangle car park and bus stops at the bottom of Heavitree Road (St Lukes, Lower Summerland stops);
and about eight to ten minutes' walk from the junction of Exeter High Street/Bedford Street, and from Exeter Bus and Coach Station. There is some metered on-street parking in the adjacent neighbourhood; parking time is limited to two hours.

The entrance lobby is to the right hand side of the building, and the reception area is to the right as you go in. Check in at the reception desk, take a seat and I'll come and collect you at your appointed time.

Essential Therapies

Essential Therapies is within easy reach of the parking areas in central Sidmouth, and within a few minutes' walk from stops on the 9 and 9A bus routes. It is located directly above Potburys furniture store on  Sidmouth High Street. The studio is accessed via the middle door of Potbury's frontage, which is clearly marked with signs for the Essential Therapies studio.

In the building follow signs for Essential Therapies to go up two flights of stairs, arriving at the open landing reception area. There is seating immediately to the left on the landing, and a toilet to your right. Make yourself comfortable until I come to collect you for your appointment.
