Fees
If you have private medical insurance, payment for your treatment may be covered in part or in full through various companies. A full list of these medical insurance companies can be found by clicking on: The Society of Homeopaths Please check individual policies with the provider. I will provide an invoice and/or a receipt of payment on request.
Consultations - (Fee covers consultation, casework and homeopathic prescription)
If you are determined that homeopathic treatment is right for you, but are in financial straits, please do discuss this with me before you book in to see what arrangement might be reached. Homeopathy is how I make a living so I must charge for my services and cover my practice costs, but I would not want anyone to feel excluded from treatment. Notice for Cancellation & Re-Scheduling If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment in a clinic you must give at least 48 hours' notice, or you will be charged the cost of the clinic booking plus £10.00. A 'no-show' on the day will be charged the booking fee, plus any travel costs incurred by myself if fair to do so. If you cannot fulfil an online or at home appointment please give at least 24 hours notice. An online 'no-show' on the day will be charged £10.00 Acute or intermittent prescriptions for registered patients -

All items posted as tracked and signed for will attract an additional cost, according to weight, size and Royal Mail fees. Travel to home visits -

Between appointment phone calls less than five minutes - No fee Phone calls over five minutes - £1 per minute or part thereof Time spent dealing with lengthy email replies or messages will be timed and charged as per phone calls and conversations. Phoning is the quickest, most efficient, and most cost effective method of communicating! |
